At POSH Laws, we empower, and provide assistance to Government Organizations, Private and Corporate Entities with the right knowledge, by conducting comprehensive awareness sessions and workshops on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the workplace. Our sessions are designed, curated, and tailored not only to meet the needs of the Employer but also to ensure full compliance with and effective implementation of the POSH Act of 2013.

The POSH Act requires every Employer in a workplace having more than 10 employees, to conduct employee awareness about the prevention of sexual harassment and the POSH Act, 2013, through workshops and other training initiatives. The focus of the training initiatives must be on prevention rather than on disciplinary actions and must be an ongoing practice to build a healthy, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.
