Complaints Committees


At POSH Laws, we assist various Government and Private organizations in constitution an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at the workplace for the effective redressal of complaints of sexual harassment. The POSH Act mandates all workplaces having more than 10 employees to establish an ICC to which all complaints of sexual harassment and workplace concerns, under POSH are to be addressed, ensuring a fair, just, and un-biased dispute resolution.

We also assist in selecting the right employees from the workplace to act as ICC members, bringing a diversity of thought and approach to the inquiry process to resolve issues of sexual harassment at the workplace more effectively. It is in the interest of the workplace, and the ICC members to conduct frequent and interactive training sessions for the ICC, to train each member for conducting a fair, impartial, and confidential inquiry.
