Ms. Shazia K. Singh is a practicing advocate at the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Chandigarh, bringing a rich experience and knowledge to her role as Head Consultant and Legal Expert at POSH Laws. Ms. Singh's academic journey is impressive, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree in Technology, and a Law Degree (LLB) from Panjab University in Chandigarh.

Ms. Singh specializes in the field of Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace. She collaborates with various government and private organizations, and institutions, and supports them by tailoring awareness sessions to meet the unique needs of the employer, and further conducts periodic sensitization workshops.

Her competency in this subject is validated by her substantial experience as an External Member in Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs) of government and private organizations, where she has successfully conducted numerous inquiries.

Beyond her role in training and awareness, Ms. Singh is adept at handling legal disputes, cases and appeals related to workplace sexual harassment before the Hon'ble High Courts. Her commitment extends to policy formulation for companies and sensitization on POSH, ensuring workplaces are safe, and healthy for all employees.
